Өнөөдөр Английн шигшээ багийн тоглогч, Примиер лигийн Соутхэмптон клубын багийн ахлагч, довтлох чиглэлийн хагас хамгаалагч Адам Лаллана 26-н нас хүрч байна.
Bournemouth клубын хүүхдийн академиас хөлбөмбөгийн гараагаа эхэлсэн залуу 2000 онд 12 насандаа Гэгээнтнүүдийн хүүхдийн академид элссэн байна. Эртнээс академи сайтай гэдгээрээ гайхагддаг/ Гарейт Бэйл, Тео Уолкотт, Окслэйд Чэмбэрлэйн Сотоны академийн бүтээгдэхүүн/ Соутхэмптоны академид элсэж 18-н нас хүртлээ суралцаад 2006 онд мэргэжлийн гэрээ клубтэйгээ байгуулж байв.
2006-07 оны улирлаас эхлэн өдийг хүртэл Соутхэмптоны төлөө 8-н улирал 264-н тоглолтонд 60-н гоол оруулсан хагас хамгаалагч 2010-11 оны улирал ЛИГ 1, 2011-12 оны улирал ЧАМИОНШИП лигт уналтанд ороод байсан клуб гэрлийн хурдаар аман хүзүүдэж 2 жилийн дотор ПРИМИЕР ЛИГТ дэвшихэд энэ залуу асар их үүрэгтэй юм. Өнгөрсөн улирал Гэгээнтнүүд Примиер лигт дахин дэвшсэн жилээ сайн амжилт үзүүлээгүй ч энэ жил үнэхээр томчуудын айдас төрүүлэм клуб болсон ба үүний бас гол хүчин зүйл нь багийн ахлагч Лаллана юм.

I am not criticising other styles or comparing, I like to play one way and for me it was very important to give the reasons and to have the trust of the players to change the way they played before. It has been a brilliant season and I would say of all the sides we kept going longest in all four competitions. The Wigan [FA Cup quarter-final] defeat was quite tough to bear but when you consider we played 14 or 15 more games than Liverpool, maybe if we had gone further in the FA Cup we may not be sitting here as champions."
